"I’ve used Mission a handful of times for..."
I’ve used Mission a handful of times for both pickup and delivery. Pickup is usually straightforward, though one time I still had to hang around a bit even after I got the text saying it was ready. Delivery has been okay too, but the timing can feel a little loose and the updates aren’t always super helpful. Overall, it’s not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room to tighten things up.

"Convenient stop without the hassle"
Mission is in a super convenient spot for me, so it’s easy to work into my normal errands without feeling like I’m going out of my way. If you’re already in the area for shopping or appointments, it’s definitely one of those places that’s simple to add to your route.
Parking was easy too, which I really appreciate because nobody wants to circle around forever just to stop in. the location alone makes me more likely to come back, and I’d say it’s a good option for anyone nearby looking for a low-stress visit.

"The staff was nice and definitely..."
The staff was nice and definitely knew the basics, but when I asked a few more specific questions, the answers got vague. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I expected a little more help. One of the responses felt kind of ridiculous because it didn’t really answer what I was asking.

"So... easy to find what I needed"
So... I was actually happy with the selection. They had a solid mix of flower, carts, and edibles, and I didn’t have to scroll forever to find what I wanted. I also noticed a few brands I don’t usually see at other shops, which was a nice surprise

I stopped in and noticed right away how calm it felt inside. The floors looked clean, the lighting wasn’t harsh, and even the way things were spaced out made it easy to walk around without feeling like I was stuck in some giant showroom.
The staff had a relaxed vibe too, which helped a lot. No one hovered or did that overly intense sales thing, and I appreciated little stuff like being able to look around at my own pace. Just a comfortable shop overall, and I’d definitely go back

"Deals are decent, but the handling could be better"
The promos are nice when you can actually catch them, but the really good deals seem to sell out super fast. My bigger issue is that some items feel like they’re handled carelessly, which is frustrating when you’re trying to save money and still expect things to arrive in good shape.

"The loyalty program is a bit of a letdown"
I like shopping here, so I was hoping the loyalty program would be this nice little bonus. But sadly, it feels more like a slow-motion disappointment. The points barely seem to move, and then when you finally look at what you can redeem, it’s kind of like... that’s it? I’ve asked about it a couple times too, and somehow got different answers, which just adds to the confusion. It would be so much better if the whole thing was clearer and actually felt worth the effort.

"Hardly any wait at all"
I barely had to wait, which was such a nice surprise. I was expecting to sit around for a while, so I even brought a coffee with me and didn’t really get the chance to finish it. Not complaining though, quick and easy, just how I like it.

The prices were better than I expected, and the deals actually made a difference. I had a feeling it was worth trying, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct. I ended up feeling like I got solid value without spending more than I wanted to
